android - eclipse 3.6.2 download cant open folder -

I am trying to download Eclipse Classic in my Windows machine. (32.2 for version 32.2 Win) When I try to open the unzipped folder, it can be an error "Can not open folder" I think it is a problem with being uncomfortable I downloaded it three times Tried to do but still get the same error. Can anyone help me with this problem? I am downloading it as the first step of installing Android SDK.

Check the downloaded file size against specified file size

Is it the same? is? If it is different then your download can be corrupt.

If this is the same - did you open it, or just try to open it?
